GoogleI have been a tenant with South & Co, now Leaders for a number of years. I have always found the staff to be pleasant and very helpful. Recently I moved to a bigger house, staying with Leaders, the process was simple and I was able to take advantage of their no deposit option. I was able to maintain the relationship with my property manager and was happy with every aspect. I would recommend Leaders to family and friends. The customer service was first class!!

GoogleSouth&Co showed me a house and liked it .Next day I paid deposit and done the paper work and after that cancel my hotel booking assuming to move on a agreed date . They did not confirm with the owner about the deposit and the owner give the house to one of his friend .I was really difficult for me that week to adjust /rebooking stuff . They returned my money but the time and effort and hotel rebooking was a loss .

GoogleWhat a horrific experience, after moving into one of south and co's "managed lets" they then decided to replaster a ceiling, left a mess and tried to stop my deposit because of it. They continuously inspect your Home that you pay good money for and say everything's ok and sting you at the end of your tenancy for no valid reason. The staff all have major attitude problems and rarely answer the phone on a Saturday. We had an awful noise coming from the boiler for months and nothing was done until I sent my parents in to reiterate that it needed sorting. I spent an afternoon chasing south and co when water was dripping through the kitchen ceiling. I tried to put curtains up and half the wall disintegrated. I would not trust this company who are so desperate for business they take any rubbish on. One word to describe and it rhymes with fronts!

GoogleI have been both a tenant and now a landlord associated with Leaders (formerly South&Co.) for several years. As with most industries there are good and bad companies. I have found Leaders to be all round the best letting and estate agencies, excellent in call response, handling tenant problems and concerns as well as employing good trades people to sort practicalities. Special mention must go to Kelly for professionalism, efficiency, empathy and a sense of humour.

Constant inspections even though the bare minimum has ever been done to rectify problems with the property (and there were a lot of problems). They leave emails and calls ignored. Overall had a rubbish time with them. Will never be using them again. Ever.

GooglePlease do not rent a property from Leaders or use these to lease a property of yours. Dreadful service, poor communication and if you have any issues with your property they will not be fixed.
