I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience of moving into my new home than with Anwyl Homes.Every step has been seamless, even the snagging list was executed to a high standard.Issac, the Site Manager, is an absolute gem, nothing is too much trouble and he has been extremely helpful.All in all an exceptional experience.

For the first time I’ve had one of the Anwyl customer service technicians ( Paul Higham) visit to do a repair. Totally different experience to when they send a contractor! Somebody who is obviously trained in customer service and did a brilliant job as well . Also, a great ambassador for Anwyl .

Paul Higham came to fix our kitchen top drawer this week. I cannot praise him enough. Rather than rushing to do a quick 5 min repair job, he took his time and did a professional first class job for us. He vacuumed and cleaned up after himself, which was appreciated. We would be very glad to have Paul again for any future work.

The workman who came to sort out some cosmetic cracking on the staircase was very accomidating of our little ones. When they where napping he agreed a time to come back to do the work. He completed the job quickly and though I'm currently waiting for the paint to dry, it looks like he's done a great job.

Positive: Isaac who's on the site is very helpful, patient and committed to helping us to arrange and follow up on the repair of defects in the house. Sarah from the Sales team is helpful and friendly as well as she's patient working and giving advice upon our move-in. Friendly site and sales team in general.Negative: The whole new building estate lacks lighting at night.
