They are rude, they don’t get back to you to fix what needs doing! It’s taken 2 years to do snagging lists from when we moved in! The customer care team are so rude! Don’t waste your money!

I am in the process of purchasing a property on the Handforth site, and the experience so far has been great. Alex, Sarah and Helen are all super helpful and have lots of experience so can answer any questions confidently. They always call back when requested and are easy to get in touch with, I would highly recommend them as a developer to work with.

GoogleMy daughter bought a house here and before completion all was lovely as soon as she had signed completion they lost interest. Long list of jobs to complete. Surely they want a good memory left for couples first move and not a negative one. STOP SIGNING OFF HOUSES UNTIL THEY ARE READY.
