GoogleAvoid. Sales team is not professional. Make sure you write every issue you can spot on the document the day you collect the keys. It's hard to get the snags fixed. And you need to keep chasing customer "care". They always hide behind NHBC, so they don't fix the issue. Site manager won't care about residents.
