GoogleHaving recently been in contact with Bradleys to view a property, we were delighted with our experience. They arranged for us to view the property at our convenience and the woman who took us round the property was well-informed, very personable and accommodating. Reflecting back on the experience, we feel strongly that we have received a much better calibre of experience than we can say to be the case with other property firms. Ten out of ten!

GoogleMike at the Crediton office provided an outstanding service when selling our house. He had to communicate with different parties and did so with an amazing diplomacy keeping everyone in the know. Louis kept us informed of the progress as the house sale progressed. Their positive attitude throughout the sale was very reassuring and I am really glad that we chose them to be our estate agents.

Leane supported us through our purchase keeping all parties up to date and liaising with solicitors to ease any problems. We were very impressed and appreciate the effort. We are looking for a new home to rent, we were advised to try Bradleys Having contacted and registered with many estate agents in the south west of England we found all of them to be easy and straightforward to register with, but Oh My God when you get to Bradleys, you should dump them immediately. After a few minutes in to the registration form the information they require becomes beyond belief, they even want to know how much savings you have. That’s totally obnoxious and none of their business. We can understand that they require certain information but not this just to register for information on lettings (no other letting agency requests to have your private and personal information just to register or even getting info on properties to let in their portfolio ). BRADLEYS you are too big for your boots. And by the way you have the worst web site to navigate in the market. Pay someone to help or get a grown up to help you.

GoogleI’m in the process of buying a house via Bradley’s. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable and I’m very happy to recommend them. I’m sure that if the time comes to sell they will get my business. Their knowledge of the local area and contacts is very useful.

GoogleWe placed our home on the market with Bradley's after Steven visited to complete a valuation. From that point on, the process was professional and well-managed. The photographs were fantastic and we quickly got a good number of viewings. I felt like i was kept well-informed and listened to throughout and the team were considerate to my personal circumstances. A pleasure to deal with.

Jake, we are sorry to hear of your disappointment. It is hard for us to accommodate all the interest in all properties when demand is so high. If our client instructs us to cancel further viewings, we have to follow their instructions and we're sorry that was the case and that you were put out after traveling. I understand you were still able to view the other property with us, which is a positive. We wish you the best in your search.
