Donna handled a complex, lengthy situation with remarkable calm, clear and prompt communication and expertise from start to finish
No matter how many obstacles arose, Donna and Jonathon, whose extremely knowledgeable, valuable expertise was often required and priceless, remained proactive, patient,responsive and a genuine customer care, together with unwavering professionalism, was always shown.
The whole situation , from start to finish, elapsed for over 3 months during which time the work ethic remained as strong as it was on day one, never diminished
Thank you Jonathon for your invaluable, instrumental help, skilled assistance , constant support and again a special thank you to Donna who followed the situation from the outset, she was amazing

GoogleAbsolutely the worst service received. I don’t know how they manage any properties when all you get is a message will be sent and no one calls you back.
With any question you throw at them the response is “we will send off a message and someone will call you back shortly”! No one calls back! You have to call them to get answers which never change.
If you buy or rent in a property managed by them I would think twice about it before going ahead with the decision.

We don't send messages off anywhere as everything is dealt with in house with a dedicated property management team who will always answer your queries, so I would advise checking which Company you have been dealing with though I suggest you have the wrong agent.

GoogleA true test of any service provider is the efficient way they deal with problems. As a landlord for 7 years I have experienced the services of two Crawley letting agents, both were fine in their approach to finding tenants however when issues occurred with missed rental payments and the subsequent eviction Swan Property stepped up and provided extremely professional advice and service the exact opposite of the previous agent. Swan's handling of a very difficult situation was above my expectations and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I hope you and the family are well and enjoying sunny Queensland. I have tried to reach out to you by email though have not received a response. I saw your review which was quite a surprise as we had finalised matters for you in the UK some two years ago and I was not aware of such ill feeling, so I have checked with Donna, Katie and Billie who are all still present as well as the the previous tenant records and can’t see what has prompted such a review.
I can see we had to arrange some cleaning and furniture removal prior to the tenancy as I seem to remember you let some friends use the property prior to the tenancy start, though the rent was paid in full and on time and four months into the tenancy you decided to sell which you successfully did a couple of months later, so still slightly baffled and only wish you had voiced your opinion while we still had the opportunity to address any such issues.
