GoogleWe recently bought a property through McCartneys in Craven Arms and were incredibly impressed with the service we received. Our purchase came with more than its fair share of issues, but Kieran went above and beyond at every stage. He kept in regular contact, was always proactive in resolving problems, and genuinely worked tirelessly to help the sale go through.
Kieran was not only professional and polite, but also showed real care and consideration for both us and the seller. The rest of the team at McCartneys were also very helpful and supportive throughout, which we really appreciated.
Overall, the service couldn’t have been better. Highly recommended.

GoogleWe are in the latter stages of purchasing a property through McCartneys LLP and cannot rate the service we have received high enough. Help with queries, kept up to date with progress and a pleasure to speak to. We may as well have been their client. Kieran Parry went above and beyond for us to keep us stress free through the long process. We totally recommend this estate agent 100%, customer service being exemplary. Thank you!

GoogleKieran and the team at McCartneys were exceptional whilst buying a property through them. Their professionalism and work ethic is fantastic, and if it wasn’t for the team managing the sale I think it would have fallen through. Honest and hard working team who I would definitely recommend!

GoogleMcCartneys Craven Arms provided an excellent management service for many years of our late parents rental properties. More recently the service received in managing the sale of the properties and the family home has been second to none. Kieran and Sue managed the sales keeping us regularly informed and negotiating with potential buyers on our behalf. We can’t thank them enough. Would thoroughly recommend them for both rental management services and sale of property.

GoogleMcCartneys and their staff were very helpful with the purchase of my property which took longer than expected because of some complications. They were more proactive than the solicitors and manage to progress things along. Their staff are very polite and helpful and return calls promptly. A very good experience with them. Highly recommended

GoogleTotally unprofessional,,,, I had my cash offer accepted and was with solicitors,, nearly 2 weeks later I get a call from McCartneys estate agent saying they’ve received a higher offer and were now selling to someone else !!!!!!! My offer had been accepted and was marked as sold with McCartneys and right move. To make things even more unprofessional the owner actually works for McCartney craven arms office ,, I feel so bad about this I don’t think I’ll ever deal with this totally unprofessional estate agent group again. This sort of thing happened in the 1980s and was called guzumpping. Although this isnt illegal it is totally unethical..NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
