Previous estate agents we have had have been rather impersonal; friendly enough and efficient - the houses have got sold at good prices. But we found Seymours to be all the right things for effectiveness and proper selling plus a real warmth and friendliness from all three people there. A few issues that arose were dealt with well and a rather big problem handled very decisively and effectively. Full marks all round

The staff are outstanding and always return phone calls, provide regular updates and handled the chasing of less helpful solicitors. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
