GoogleHestia was absolutely helpful when I was looking to rent a flat 3 years ago. They were very clear on all the needed documents and steps to have the flat rented. Michelle Morgan was extremely accomodating on the times to meet up and sign paperwork/handout of the keys.
Also, the team has been very accomodating on the year check ups, bearing in mind I have long working hours.
What I also find really good is their commitment with my landlord, ensuring they don't have to worry at all.I wouldn't hesitate to have a flat rented through them if I was in the position.

GoogleAll sweetness until you are in and then it's ignoring issues raised, no responses to communications, and after finding the property I rented was actually damp and mould ridden, I was left for 3 months without any heating or hot water over the winter period. When I finally tool matters into my own hands and issued a notice to leave they ignored it until after I had left and then come at the situation full of lies and aggression - thank god for the deposit protection scheme.... avoid at any cost, they make landlords from hell look like angels
