I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to share my experience. The way this company treated not only me but also my family was absolutely unacceptable. Their behavior was unprofessional and downright disrespectful. We were left feeling frustrated, hurt, and completely let down. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Don’t let this company disappoint you the way the did us.

I phoned up Legrys for information on renting out a couple of properties i own in Cornwall and spoke to Jo Irwin, I can honestly say I’ve not spoken to a more competent, honest and efficient person in a long time!She’s an absolute credit to the company and I’ll either rent or sell the property with you solely due the great help received. I arranged to view a property. I explained that as I had only a 30 minute lunchbreak I would possible be a few minutes late getting to the property.as it was I was just 9 minutes. After the exact time of the viewing, during that time I rung the team member wising for me and spoke to them and they seemed fine. When I returned to work I found that they had left a rue and sarcastic message on my phone regarding me being a few minute so late even though I had stipulated that due to being in a customer facing industry myselfI may be a few minutes late . Not acceptable.

Le Grys have been excellent throughout. Dan and Ron (with Marilyn, Emily and the rest of the team) took the time to understand our situation and put themselves in our shoes. They listened to what was important to us, they understood the market and were always very quick to respond to messages, keeping us informed and up-to-date. Throughout, we felt they were working with us, rather than for us. Thank you for marketing our house so beautifully, showing people round so respectfully and being a pleasure to deal with. The Team @ LeGrys were very good and professional. After failing to sell with another agent, the first interaction was informative, they were quick to get photos and the listing done. Between agents we had 3 months and they were in constant comms. We always dealt with the same few people after seeming being passed round the previous agent. Did a good job. Can't fault. They even waived the No tie-in due to our previous experience which they didn't have to do.

Jo at LeGrys has gone above and beyond for us on more than one occasion. LeGrys don’t actually deal with us directly as tenants yet they have been so helpful when I had no where else to turn. I can’t recommend them enough they are friendly, approachable and incredibly helpful. I would only ever use LeGrys in the future. Thank you all for your help guys (especially Jo) :)
