We had the pleasure of both selling and purchasing our new home through Pittis (Cowes). From our very first encounter with Nathan we knew we would be in great hands. Our property sold the very first open day, which is amazing considering the current market. When our original purchase with a different agent fell through, the Cowes team quickly assisted us. We have just moved and couldn’t be happier with the service that was provided by the Cowes team. Everyone went above and beyond for us, nothing was ever too much trouble. Both Nathan and Paul made our whole experience stress free with their attentive service. We highly recommend the Cowes Pittis team.

Dealing with the Pittis team gave us absolute confidence. Weeks into our sale Nathan was promoted but the transition to the rest of the team was flawless. Well where do I start.....All the staff at Pittis have been absolutely amazing through our whole selling/purchasing process, Shonaigh is exceptional🤩.. She is Never to busy to speak with me. Our sale/purchase hasnt been easy due to having lost my confidence with another agent. But Shonaigh installed my confidence again by being amazingly productive and going above and beyond to help us secure the house of our dreams! If you're asking who to sell with, don't. Just use Pittis. I bought my house through them and they were great and now I've sold my house through them and I couldn't be happier. Nothing was too much trouble, they chased for me and minimised the stress for me (as a new Mum and worrier; this was a massive relief). The team are all friendly and they all knew what was going on with my sale, even if I didn't get through to who usually dealt with it. They genuinely care about you as a person and are not just in it for the money. They have helpful and easy to use systems and even valued the house via video call. They really went over and above. I feel like I've actually made a real friend in Shonaigh in particular, who is just the kindest, most thoughtful and hardworking person. I would recommend Pittis to anyone and if I ever move again, there'll be no question of who I go to. I've had to deal with others in the process of viewing and purchasing a new house and quite simply they just highlighted how excellent the service was with Pittis. You all work together and get a happy outcome for everyone. There was never any pressure and my never-ending queries were always met with enthusiasm and answered promptly. Thank you all so much for your help. You deserve a medal for putting up with me! You have helped my family so very much, we've now got a family home we can stay in for decades. Awful agent. Five months of enduring belittling and condescending calls and emails for using a 'niche' lender (one of us is self employed with own Ltd Company). Claimed there was no asbestos in the property we were buying. We finally had a survey carried out post-pandemic only to find this was a lie. Attached is a photo of the final email sign off from the Branch Manager, Alastair Gates. In case you cannot read the text in the picture for whatever reason, here it is for all to see: "I wish you all the best with your property search from here on out however I think it is best that we no longer communicate directly and if you wish to purchase a property through Pittis again then I will direct you to one of my colleagues in a different office as I could not bare the thought of spending another 6 months of receiving berating emails and calls from you trying to tell everyone how to do their job." A truly traumatic experience. Having now spoken to a number of other people who are anti-Pittis, I wish I'd never had the misfortune of crossing paths with them - ESPECIALLY the branch manager.

Shonaigh goes the Extra Mile! Shonaigh went above & beyond the call of duty when she showed us the property we'd asked to view and then convinced us (having spoken to me about our needs) to view a property I'd discounted due to the 2nd floor bedroom layout. We have since fallen in love with that property & had an offer accepted on it. We couldn't be happier with her help & understanding, which was so refreshing after having received such poor service from the island's competitors.

I have such appreciation and admiration for Alistair and his team at Pittis Cowes Isle Of Wight. They have worked so hard to market and sell our property in Cowes, Isle of Wight, it's not a high priced property but you wouldn't be mistaken in thinking it was, with the attention they have given to it! Even after obtaining a buyer (very quickly, and above asking price) they are still coordinating and following up to see that it gets to exchange of contract, if it doesn't! it will not be through lack of trying! absolutely amazing energy and professionalism this team has. However, Maria Gregory (Senior Negotiator) still offers a quality service through efficiency and being proactive. Would thoroughly recommend Pittis!. They provided an excellent service from the moment we made the decision to put our house on the market. Ali walked us through the process step by step, the sign up was quick and efficient and our house was put on the market with no delay. The property has been marketed very well and we secured lots of viewings until it was sold. As sellers, we were kept informed of upcoming viewings and contacted with feedback, where available. Our dealings with all staff has been very positive and professional throughout. The house is now sold STC and fingers crossed the rest of the process goes smoothly. To be avoided. I enquired about a property via Rightmove and ticked the “no email” box. I was never contacted about the property I was interested in but they put me on the spam email list and wouldn’t remove me so I had to ask my employer to blacklist @pittis.co.uk which they did. Why would I be interested in other properties when the sales folk couldn’t be bothered to contact me about the one I liked???
