I asked Delmor to come and view my property for selling. The agent let himself into my house and quite rudely pointed out that my house was ok and he thought he could sell it. I gave him my ballpark estimation of it's value, the agent laughed and said I was dreaming and at least £100,000 too high. He started his sales pitch but I told him I would like to ask another agency to value my house. I ended up using Slater Hogg, my house was sold within a week for more than the asking price. The Delmor agent I believe was the owner of Delmor, he was dressed like a spiv, spoke like a chancer with no manners, I'm stunned they get business in Fife with this attitude. Not a good experience.

It was a long and hard stressful slog, but after the best part of 5 months, we finally finalised paperwork, sold our house and moved into our new one. But... The selling part was done and dusted in a matter of weeks of the property coming onto market, in a big way, it was thanks to Delmor. They are a long and we'll established firm in the area, the prime reason we went with them...they know the marketplace and have their finger on the pulse of the property trade. Angela and the rest of the Delmor team had our old house photographed and listed within a few days of getting the go ahead. The team at were on point, professional, polite and friendly. Would easily recommend them as your estate agent when the time comes to move. Thanks Delmor!

From a start to finish I found Delmor rude, they don’t listen, and will try and take your deposit for the stupidest things eg indentations on the carpet caused by furniture. Be very weary if you rent from Delmor!!

I recently bought a property through Delmor and the service I received from all the girls in the office was just amazing. I could only view the property at the weekend and even though their diary was full, one of the team did a viewing on their day off. They genuinely care about their clients and it really shows. I have lived in a flat i rented through Delmor Estate Agent Kirkcaldy, and wouldn't recommend them, they do not look after their tenants, they do look after the Landlords though, I have had loads of problems in this flat, have had the windows fixed to stop drafts, but the most needed one has not been fixed i.e. Dampness in the bedroom, and I have asthma, it has caused me no end of problems, I am moving out at the end of this month and hopefully my health will improve, I am 70 years old and last year has been the most difficult year for me, but they don't care . I hope the new law about to come into force fines the estate agents, in the new law coming out the estate agents are being held responsible for repairs not being done and I hope this helps future tenants.

Truly terrible

Save yourself a load of heartache and avoid this bunch of amateurs. I tried to sell a property with them and after they left my property unlocked not once but twice (they were handling viewings on my behalf) the managing director called me liar and suggested that I didn't know how to lock my own front door. Zero stars.
