I’ve now sold two properties through Peter Alan in Cowbridge, and once again Luly and her team have been nothing short of outstanding. My most recent sale completed in mid‑January, and the whole process was handled with the same warmth, professionalism, and steady reassurance that made me return to them in the first place. Luly is exceptional, calm, proactive, and genuinely invested in making the experience as smooth as possible. She communicates clearly, keeps you updated without ever overwhelming you, and brings a level of care that is rare in the industry. The wider team mirrors her approach: efficient, friendly, and consistently supportive. Having dealt with many agents over the years, I can honestly say I haven’t come across a better team. Their integrity, attention to detail, and human touch set them apart. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Luly and the Cowbridge branch to anyone looking for an agent they can truly trust. Absolutely the best. I have had to sell three houses in the last twelve months and in that there has been at least four agents invloved across South Wales. To say I have been super impressed by Luly and her team ( Heather , Hannah and Ross ) in Cowbridge would be an understatement. Absolutely top of thier game and at a very reasonable fee rate. From the outset with my initial call with Heather I was impressed with thier approach, everything was clear and structured and I knew exactly where I was with the process. Being a remote sale I needed to rely upon the team a lot and this was where thier real strength kicked in. They managed things brilliantly, every viewing was pre-booked and notified, and immediately followed up with feedback from the viewings. Once we had an offer after a few weeks, the decision to go with the team and thier price recommendation was clearly justified, we ended up getting the asking price in a bidding war !!! When we entered conveyancing Luly managed my Solicitor like a ringmaster in full theatrical flow. Having had the same solicitor for my previous two sales where he had got a little testy and complained about being chased all the time, Luly somehow charmed him into a form of compliance as best she could and it made for a smooth process where he stopped complaining at me !! No doubt this was the best decision for me to sell my Parents house and they even put me in touch with a gardener to keep the place looking tidy. Would sign up again 100% with Luly and Team. They sold the house and managed the process without causing me stress and after the year of house sales I've had, this was very welcome and much appreciated. Highly recommended. Thank you guys.

This sincerely heartfelt performance review/feedback aims to do justice to the excellently effective and efficient support we received from Luly David and her team of Ross Jones, Heather Powel and Hanna Sellars at Peter Alan Estate Agents (Cowbridge-Wales). We had the pleasure of getting to know Luly when she was representing the seller from whom we purchased our house in the Vale of Glamorgan in November 2022, leaving London after a 37 years stay and returning to our Welsh roots (Pauline’s that is 😊) Luly’s pleasantly proactive approach, good will and big/broad smile, whilst representing the other side, and expediting them over the ‘finish-line’ convinced us that she and her team were the one to go to whether buying or selling one’s home and I did let her know then 😊 Long behold and due to positive/welcoming changes in our circumstance, becoming grand parents with our first grandchild, we made the decision, after three happy years in the Vale to be nearer to the new born and so the promised call was made and Luly even recognised both the incoming phone number and my voice after three years 😊 Over the ensuing 34 weeks (07 April, 30 October 2025) Luly and her team, Ross, Heather and Hanna collectively pulled all the stops by working round the clock (Luly’s reading her emails both at 06:30 am as well as circa 10:30 pm) and keeping us informed of the What>Why>Who>When of the short sales chain (Us<Our Buyer<And Theirs). And now a few reflections on the other members of her team; (i) Ross: Elegantly affable and pristinely dressed with a welcoming approach extended to each and every prospective buyers of our house. His open and transparent approach was akin to him selling his own house. Our additional dialogue about all matters of interest was also ‘icing on the cake’! (ii) Heather: The welcoming pivotal backbone in the branch providing the latest updates vis-à-vis scheduled appointments and the associated logistics and the follow-ups as deemed appropriate/applicable. (iii) Hanna: Joining the team after our sales assignment had commenced and blending in seamlessly and competently with the rest of the team and hosting the prospective buyers and for sure a rising star complementing the closely-knit PA team in Cowbridge. So, as well as highly recommending Luly and her team who also coordinate closely with other PA branches in God’s Country, my parting remark to Luly and Ross on completion day was we shall be back as the heart is where the root is 😊 With our best wishes for continued Health, Happiness and Prosperity for Luly, Ross, Heather and Hannah 😊 Mo & Pauline Massouleh

We purchased a property and everything needed to be done quickly. We mainly dealt with luly and Ross at the Cowbridge branch and both were so helpful. They knew the process and helped liaise not only with the vendor but also helped us arrange the mortgage through a broker. We were potentially going to be held up getting a survey but again came up trumps by finding a local surveyor that did our survey at short notice. Not only that but they also kept our solicitor on track and got the whole thing over the line within the required deadline, we couldn't recommend them enough. On the day the of getting the keys we also had a lovely card and gift and also something for our toddler. Couldn't recommend them enough and if we ever move we will be using them as our agent.
