I would strongly recommend using HRT for house sales around the Cowbridge area. Having tried a number of estate agents I found the HRT team the best in terms of regular communication and proactivity. This was all augmented by some great customer service from both the initial attraction through to onboarding,. The onboarding service provided by Michelle was first class and her along with the rest of the team such as Morgan and Deb amongst others is a credit to the HRT team, thank you for making a stressful time of your life easy.

Herbert R Thomas were extremely helpful with our sale and purchase. We were quite unlucky and our sale fell through three times, but Seb continued to be particularly great with handling the viewings and managed to get a good price on our sale. Linda and Michele were also amazing throughout the sales progress, Linda was great at keeping us up to date in the early on stages and Michele was unbelievably supportive and went above and beyond in the later stages. Our sale became unbelievably stressful towards the end which was not ideal as I was heavily pregnant, but Michele went above and beyond, she was always there to offer advice and a shoulder to cry on. I cannot recommend HRT enough!

We have just purchased a property through HRT in Cowbridge. All of the staff there have been excellent from beginning to end. We experienced a few delays due to the chain involved but I must give a lot of thanks to Michele (Sales progression) who was absolutely fantastic. She went the extra mile to help resolve any issues, speak to relevant parties and keep everyone updated. When Michele said she was going to do something, she did it! I had complete trust in her. She was very professional, personable and reassuring. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this estate agent to others who are selling or buying. This company is the most dispicable, morally corrupt business I have ever come across. Dont trust a word they say. I would advice you to avoid them at all costs. Even when we complained about their staff their Director was worse than they were. This is an Estate Agency who are rotten to the core and they have a dreadful attitude to its "customers". In fact, all they care about is money. They will do anything to get the deal over the line and they will think nothing about their actions or the consequences to you personally

Also kept the sale process moving through the inevitable delays that happen within the legal process. The marketing photos were a bit of a shambles to get done but worked out OK in the end. I would certainly recommend HRT when selling rural type properties.

I cannot fault the service I received from all the staff at Herbert R Thomas in Cowbridge, from Sebastian who accompanied me on my viewings to all the staff in the office who looked after me through the subsequent purchase process. They were helpful and supportive and never pushy. They were especially kind on the day of the move when there was a delay in getting the keys to my new home. I would wholeheartedly recommend this agency.
