There was a brief hold up in getting a resolution to a couple of issues recently but this was not due to any lack of effort on Carol's part, who tried to get things sorted. Not only did Carol try to resolve the issues quickly and efficiently, she displayed a level of empathy, regarding concerns I had, that I rarely see these days (generally speaking). All staff are friendly, approachable and understanding of the varying needs of tenants and are happy to assist in any way that they can. I fully intend to remain working/renting with Wilsons for as long as possible, or until I'm in a position to purchase a home, in which case I would still only trust the staff at Wilsons. Their honesty, professionalism and support far surpasses any experience I've had with other agents in over the years.

Depends on the agent dealing with your house!

It took a while to sort out but finally I managed to secure a house for my Uni accommodation. The First agent I got was honestly terrible, and was unable to discuss anything with her, and just ended up asking the same question again and again.However, after she left Wilsons, the agent (Carol) who took over was absolutely fantastic. Everything was done quickly and smoothly, and the information she provided was good. She communicated well, and any problems I had with the house, she sorted it out very quickly. If Carol was to have dealt with the house from the start it would probably have been sorted out much sooner.On the whole I was happy to have sorted out a house for my final year of uni, thanks to Carol and Wilsons. :)

Great choice, really professional.

Halfway through my house sale and so far all the Wilsons staff I've spoken to or met have been totally professional, friendly, efficient and treat my house sale as if it's their own. After being let down by a buyer the fabulously calm Chenise was more disappointed than I was! Absolute CROOKS avoid

Absolutely disgraceful service ( and I use that word very loosely) they have stolen some of my items , damaged a load more and then forced us to pay an extra £500 to deliver our stuff on a date that wasn’t agreed previously otherwise our stuff would have been returned to the uk , they are an absolute embarrassment to the removal industry and show no respect or care whatsoever for your personal property and they are no uncontactable ever since I have requested their insurance details, not replying to my emails or messages. IF YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED FINANCIALLY, HAVE YOUR PROPERTY STOLEN AND DAMAGED then they are the company for you. I wouldn’t use them even if my life depended on it AVOID THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Above and Beyond to get the best price and a quick sale

Stephen and the team at Wilsons were excellent. Really professional at all times and extremely supportive when our buyer started playing silly games. They resolved all issues efficiently and effectively and helped us secure the best price for our property.I couldn't recommend them more to someone looking to get the best price for their property whilst experiencing a first class customer experience. I felt very informed at all stages and that Wilsons were working in my interests rather than just securing the sale, and it's things like that that you need from an agent.

I don't usually give reviews for Estate Agents, but this time it is worth doing so. Very very professional and quick service. Managed to complete my house buying in 30 days, and I only called Wilsons around 3 times. Cathy kept me up to date with regular updates. I only visited their office once to collect the house keys! Amazing service, extremely professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend them!

Totally unreliable. Eventually got refund after 3 weeks.

I ordered €300 worth of clothes. Could only get delivered to uk so got sent to my mum. She could send them in to me in NL. No feedback. When I wrote I got a bizarre message back from customer service. So I called. Problem with order. Logistics. Order issue. They have to look into it. Will get back to me. Few days later wrote again. Same process for 2 weeks. Then they told me they cannot offer me a refund. Then they offered me 20% discount to order again!! I think customer service are AI chatbots not real people. Impossible for a person to be so wrong with a reply. Finally I got so posed off they have refunded me. But that lasted 3 weeks and now not got the clothes we needed for a party. Don’t order from them! Especially a bummer as I have the same name.

Exceptional across-the-board service

We first came across Wilsons when buying a BTL property. Their service to us, as buyers, was first class, and we left the property with them to manage. Unlike with other agents we have used, we are completely satisfied with their service. They have achieved good rents for us, and quickly found tenants, and our renters have also expressed satisfaction with their service, They now manage three of our properties to our complete satisfaction. Recently we have also sold a property through them, and again the price they achieved reached our expectations and the sale was handled quickly and efficiently.

Received excellent service from Wildons from beginning to end. Professional and friendly advice made the whole selling and buying a property stress free for us. Was really impressed when our first chosen buyer looked like they weren't going to be able to proceed they immediately got on the phone to another interested buyer to see if their situation had changed.
