GoogleSuzanne helped us sell our house recently. We decided to use Suzanne as she is approachable, down to earth and clearly very good at what she does. She had our house sold, for a fair more than we listed it for, within about a week. Very professional service. Suzanne is constantly available for discussions, updates and help as and when required - also uses what’s app so not always dealing with phone calls which works well for our busy family. We could not have asked for a better service! So much so I have encouraged my parents to list with her and so far they have had a great response and an offer on the property again in a very short space of time. Highly recommended!

GoogleWe cannot recommend Suzanne enough if you're thinking of moving house. She offers a personal touch that you don't get with bigger estate agents. Suzanne was instrumental in selling our house and securing our dream home in Earlsdon. It was a long process with a few hiccups but Suzanne was there to support every step of the way. Her knowledge of the industry is second to none and being a Cov kid herself she is well connected and can often recommend and reach out to others who can help along with way. Thanks again Suzanne and don't forget the offer of a cuppa whenever you're passing xx

GoogleMost agents are like conveyer belts, but Suzanne actually makes sure you get a high quality bespoke service. A brilliant agent who looks after your needs and clearly communicates what is important for your situation. I wasn't looking at the right houses and Suzanne asked me a few questions and then managed to find me the perfect property. She responded to emails and calls promptly and made sure everything was done to a high standard. Can't thank you enough and look forward to using your services again!

GoogleSuzanne was wonderful throughout the whole process of selling my mum's bungalow. It wasn't easy going and at times it seemed like we were never going to get there but Suzanne was determined, and with her perseverance and professional knowledge we completed in the end. Thank you so much Suzanne, and Sarah, you're a great team.

GoogleIf you are selling your house i cannot recommend Suzanne highly enough. Out of all the estate agents i spoke to Suzanne was the most personable, fully understanding my needs and accounting for them from the off. She has been available for questions and has provided help understanding the process whenever i have needed it. Truly fantastic.

GoogleI look after some of Suzanne's clients for their mortgage needs, through my business Homebird Mortgage Services. All of them speak so highly of Suzanne, her personal touch, wealth of knowledge and being on hand to support throughout the process. She is very friendly, warm and approachable and the satisfaction of her clients is her priority.

GoogleI cannot recommend Suzanne highly enough. She eats, sleeps and breathes her job! Her customer service is second to none. She got to know every little detail of our house so she could tell prospective buyers and give them a worthwhile viewing. You really don’t need to look any where else for your estate agent. This Cov kid will smash it for you every time!

GoogleSuzanne was very friendly and professional throughout the marketing and sale of our property. We found it stress free and she was there on hand with advice when needed.Dealing with a smaller independent agent was definitely the right choice for us as I feel you get a more personal experience.Would highly recommend.

GoogleSuzanne is a star, she is easy going, down to earth, has your back and says it as it is. We have used her more than once and would do again. Great for working parents as she 'gets it' and works and communicates out of office hours.
