Danielle at Suzanne Regan Estate Agent was brilliant throughout our house purchase. Suzanne Regan was the only people who stayed in regular touch, kept us updated, answered questions quickly, and was genuinely helpful every step of the way, no hard sell, just great support. We didn't pay a single penny as buyers, yet got outstanding service. Highly recommend Suzanne Regan, refreshingly people-focused and reliable. We have learned our lesson and won't be using online estate agents/solicitors in the future. 5 stars

We looked at estate agents that had a strong presence in the area of Mums house and had good knowledge of it. We spoke with a couple of local agents who were both less than helpful. But from the first moment we sat down with Suzanne we kind of knew she was the one. Purposefully not big and taking personal ownership of all the key points to ensure they are at the standard she wants. We never felt anything but being important in the process. She came back with a very reasonable price range and suggestion of listing price & strategy. In less than 2 days we had 7 or 8 viewings and 3 offers. She got back to them and we ended up with an up-bid higher than the asking price. Did all the checks and gave us some solid feedback on the buyers and her thoughts and recommendations. There has been absolutely no issues whatsoever - smoothest house sale we have ever had and would certainly use her again (if she fancies out of Coventry for us when the time comes) Very professional service throughout and highly recommended.

From the moment I spoke to Suzanne I knew I had made the right choice. Extremely knowledgable and communication was excellent from day one. The valuation was spot on and turned out to be the agreed sale price. Suzanne is backed up by a great professional team, that are polite and very friendly and always keep you up to date with thorough communication. This is achieved by a what’s app group so that everyone in the office knows exactly what is happening. Viewings are well communicated and feedback on each is quick. From offer to completion was quick and well below market average which i was delighted with. Found Suzanne Regan extremely helpful.I have recently completed on a bungalow sold through her agency and she kept her vendors and us well informed which helped enormously,as the vendor and myself are retired and it was our daughter's doing a lot of the communicating.The use of what's app meant we could have three way conversations and sort out details easily and make informed decisions.Dhr was particularly good at the end bringing the keys to my daughter as I had no transport.I would definitely recommend her agency especially for anyone needing a bit more practical assistance.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience selling our home with Suzanne Regan. The initial consultation with Suzanne was informative and friendly and we got initial advice that helped us make an informed decision about who to go with. We had recommendations from several friends and family members (some recommending Suzanne, some recommending others), but it was clear from the first couple of interactions with Suzanne and her office that they were the right ones for us. She and the team are locally knowledgeable, dependable, friendly, responsive and supportive. We received a fair valuation for the property and we had offers accepted within a couple of days of it being on the market, allowing us to move quickly to confirm the sale for the property we wanted to move to. We've now completed and so have had experience of Suzanne throughout the entire process and can say that it was great all the way through.
