TrustpilotVery unprofessional and incompetent.
Made an absolute shambles of our mortgage application, as a result i ended up blacklisted, received a full refund but that's of little help as i now can't move or remortgage. The incompetence of all their staff is on a whole new level, school children would have more clue!

TrustpilotNothing will get fixed 😂
Nothing will get fixed, chasing jobs for over a year such as broken toilet seals, toxic water, broken doors, garage roof collapsing. Appears from other reviews similar issues, with regards for call backs and failure to contact the landlord on getting repairs done.

YellA satisfied customer
Neil Price delivered a buyer and the sale went through without a hitch. It took a short while to get the pricing right, but it was a tricky market. Sound advice from Neil to hold out, meant we got the best deal that we could from a cash buyer.

TrustpilotAvoid the Rawtenstall Branch at all costs
Avoid the Rawtenstall Branch like the plague. Both Sales and Lettings staff are incompetent liars. The stress and losses we have incurred are off the charts. Would be minus stars if that was an option.
