My personal experience with this Estate Agents has been truly one of the very best so far, My main dealings have been with Matt and he is truly an exceptional gentleman who will go an extra mile to fulfil all your requirements. He has vast knowledge and experience in this field, we are truly blessed to have the right Estate Agent sell our property. He is very helpful, honest, transparent and will provide regular updates. Jamie is absolutely fantastic, he showed me a wonderfuk property and helped me through the process of buying my new home. He clearly explained every step to me, he was so helpful and present during the purchase. Even when I encountered problems from my solicitor, he helped me deal with them as well. He's a completely honest and down to earth guy, I could not recommend more!

They provide very good customer service. Jaime is responsible for my flat and he’s very helpful about all my concerns specially when I found it difficult to get used to UK policies being a new comer here in the UK. They’re also easy to reach and all the process from the checks to moving in to the property has been very convenient. Would definitely recommend!

I have never in my house letting history in the UK come across an agent that has got qualities that are so damn true to be real. He is so calm, easy to work with and made everything easy for you. His attention to details, and swift response at all times will even want to make you doubt if this is a real agent. But believe me, They are the BEST. YES, I mean BEST SO FAR I HAVE COME ACROSS.

If you are looking to manage property in safe hands than nothing better than Fearne Malone. I highly recommend Mr Jamie owner who is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, professional but the best is empathetic . He understood our current situation where we have been mismanaged by previous company . He personally took care and ensured to get a new tenants in fresh house within a week.
