We are so delighted with our apartment. This is our first Crest Nicholson home it is head and shoulders above any new build home we have previously purchased. The finish is superb, the bathrooms luxurious and were fortunate to be the proud owners of a wonderful new home. Thank you and well done.

Crest Nicholson Birmingham City Centre development, continued to work on site during the early signs of lockdown, also on a Sunday which the council do not allow. Builders constantly swearing, playing loud music and starting work before the allowed time of 8am. Sometimes at 6.30am. Filed a complaint they denied everything!

completely useless and profit driven company with no understanding about customer service ...The service is good ONLY till the point you have made the transaction after that good luck with the defective and faulty items used during the construction process.Why isn't there a regulator to keep an eye on this ?

Avoid. 5 years later, still works outstanding on the block. Fire safety survey has come back- reveals works on external walls are required and balcony materials are in need of replacement. Residents are being forced by the management company to pay £62k to rectify

Good quality homes, lovely layout and you get a lot for your money. Sales team wasnt great and had lot of issues before completion.Unfortunately as with most new builds they tie you in to a management company which is tied in to your house despite being a freehold.

Shocking, over 100 snag items on a new home. And they are not snags, windows that don't close, doors that don't work, light fixings that fall off, a snag should be cosmetic. The total experience has been destroyed. 4 weeks into the move and still no progress to rectify.

Excellent from start to finish. Bought a new build in Red Lodge, Suffolk. Efficient, organised and extremely friendly team at the sales office. No problems with the home. A few, small snagging issues that were fixed straight away! A very happy customer. Thank you.
