This review goes back a few years, back to 2012/13. I rented a property from these clowns. When I left they they tried to keep my deposit which was about a thousand pounds, I can’t remember the exact amount. The old lady herself Mrs Bansal was the one who tried to scam me out of my deposit, It didn’t work and I got most of it back, they still kept £150, I would avoid this company at all costs, I believe in karma. They probably add a reply to this say it never happened. Just remember they are lying scheming scum bags, you have been warned

I’ve been a tenant with Bansal Estates for a year and am only moving on due to a job relocation. From the very beginning, they stood out as one of the few estate agents who showed trust in me when I was new to the UK. Despite being employed full-time as an Assistant Professor at Coventry University, many other agencies weren’t even willing to show me properties.

This is a lovely family run business, spoke to the whole family and they are all so nice and helpful. They will go that extra mile and always get back to you no matter what time it is. They helped me sell my old house after 5 years of trying and 6 Estate agents later. We had a choice of 4 people to sell to in the end. Always had someone call me and book a viewing and checking we were ok. Really hard working. I can’t really recommend them anymore than saying they are the BEST estate agents in Coventry.

We have written evidence from your Landlord that he has conspired with your group to bully us.
Your Landlord owes over £6,500 to Bansal Estates and our contractors in fees and for carrying out essential electrical and maintenance work at the licensed HMO property.
We will continue our legal action against him to reclaim all outstanding monies and will not be intimidated by threats of bogus bad reviews under fake names.
