Annaleise from the Nottingham Office valued my property late one Friday afternoon. By the following Tuesday my property had its first viewing and on the Wednesday I accepted an offer. Less then six weeks later the sale was complete She kept me informed every step of the way. I never had to call her and follow anything up. She was always one step ahead. Her customer service skill are amazing and she’s an asset to Thomas James. The only bad thing about the whole process is that I’m really going to miss talking with Annaleise. Without you I truly believe it would still be on the market. Thank you again for all your help. xx

The house sale went through very quickly. We were kept up to date at all times by the team at the Clifton branch, both by email and telephone where appropriate. Their professional yet friendly manner made the process even easier. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services and will use them again if I need them. Having an up front fixed charge was also a benefit as we knew from the beginning what we would be charged and what services we were getting. Many thanks to all at the Clifton branch.

Living in Cotgrave it was a natural choice to use TJEA. Via their newly opened Cotgrave office they helped us to sell our house very quickly in 2015 but unfortunately the chain fell through. We had no hesitation to try again with them in 2016 and successfully moved in December. They always seemed to have a clutch of the right type of buyers lined up to arrange viewings. We hardly had any carpet treaders! Communication and service is excellent plus all of the staff are very friendly. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone in Rushcliffe. ‘We just want to say thank you very much for an extremely helpful and sympathetic service in selling mum’s house. Your commitment to the number of viewings received and dealing with all the offers received was very professional and we’re very grateful, especially as it resulted in a successful sale at the higher asking price. The only tiny niggle was the sign blowing over in the storm and being left on the ground for a couple of weeks. All in all, that wasn’t worth anything other than a brief mention, which you dealt with. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending you to other sellers’.

It was a really bad service as they were not completely honest about the purchaser as they said he was a first time buyer and he was Not and did not project manage my sale as stated in my contract. It would of been half the price to go with purple brick.
