GoogleMartin has been really helpful and efficient in selling my property. I wanted to do some renovation work in my property before putting it up for sale and he has been very supportive from start to end and also recommended a contractor for the job whose quote was reasonable compared to others. I could contact him anytime to get update on the sale process and his replies were always quick. I would highly recommend AJM estate as they are professional, effective and friendly.

GoogleAs executor of his will I recently sold my deceased Father in Laws house and appointed AJM Estates as sole agents. The property was sold within 2 days of being put on the market, and for the full asking price. I dealt with Martin and Adam from AJM Estates and found them both to be very professional and helpfull throughout the whole process and I would definately recommend them to friends and family. I would also like to thank Charlotte from Granville Solicitors, who Martin recommend I use to carry out the conveyancing for the sale. Between them all they made, what could have been a very stressfull experience, virtually stress free. A big thank you to you all.

GoogleWith AJM Estates I found that Martin was a very effective and knowledgeable agent who was always available to consult and discuss throughout the sales process. I found Martin to be a very convincing and honest agent who understands market pricing well to ensure that my property was not long on the market but selling at the best price. I believe he is also very approachable with prospective buyers which makes them feel at ease and comfortable when viewing houses. He will advise on any element of the home or viewings to ensure I maximised the opportunity to sell. . Was stuck with house on the market with too few viewings with previous agent and Martin turned this around quickly. He works tirelessly at all times of day to support the process through to getting the offers in and cannot recommend him enough. As a business owner as well as agent, he doesn’t really switch off!

GoogleI have dealt with Adam with the letting of my property. He has always kept me up to date with any queries or issues involved with my letting. Would definitely recommend. I have also dealt with Martin with regards my sale of my property who again was quick in informing me of any prospective buyers and keeping me informed of all progress during the sale of my property. Would definitely recommend AJM estates to any prospective investor or buyer.

Special to mention Adam Watson, He is amazing person, very professional to handle things even in a last minute situation, very helpful and friendly. I'm very happy and satisfied for their service. GoogleFor our first time buying a house, Martin guided us through and made it an easy and stress free process. We will definitely look to use AJM in the future when the time comes again to move! I genuinely couldn’t recommend them enough, Martin was to the point, personal and very honest throughout the sale. He treated us like actual people and not like a source of income, and when things got stressful and intimidating, he kept us fully up to date at all hours going above and beyond to get us our first house. If you want to buy/sell a house with people who treat you like humans and show proper decency, these are the guys.

GoogleAJM were the agents for the seller of the house we recently bought, the experience was chalk and cheese from most of the other agents I encountered. Accessible, knowledgeable about the area and focused on getting the sale done, ably abbetted by a solicitor working closely with him and my own solicitor. Thinking about moving into the the area? I can commend this team wholeheartedly.

GoogleRude and unprofessional agent: I recently viewed properties in the Portsmouth area through AJM Properties. Unfortunately, the agent was rude and unprofessional, repeatedly pressuring us with calls and messages to make an immediate offer. He also stated that us viewing any further AJM properties would be a “waste of time,” which created an unnecessarily stressful experience.

GoogleAJM are an independent estate agents that put their customer first and offer an excellent service. Led by Martin, the team have excellent organisational skill and are on hand at all times of day to assist with sales queries and tend to customer needs. Some of the larger chains could learn a thing or two from AJM. I would be incredibly happy to deal with them again and highly recommend them to prospective sellers and buyers.

GoogleWe had a really bad experience with Ajm. They were selling our property but our buyer pulled out. They did very little to help the process along from start to finish and at the end did nothing in attempt to convince buyers to stay. Almost every phone call ended in an argument from the very beginning and we were talked to in a very unprofessional manner. Almost everytime we asked if they could contact someone we were told he tried but they never answer the phone but everytime we tried we would get through straight away! We were told a number of times there only job was to find us a buyer! Very unhelpful, very unprofessional and very rude. I most definitely wouldn't recommend them.

GoogleAdam has managed a rental property for me for several years until recently when I had to end my land lady status. Adam and Martin have always kept me informed about any tenant issues,property repairs that the tenants required and sourced immediate contractors to complete such works.They ensured rent was paid in a timely fashion and liased with the tenants and myself.I highly recommend AJM Estates to manage any rental property.

GoogleI used AJM Estates to sell a property and would highly recommend. They gave an honest appraisal of the market value and acted quickly to get the property marked and viewings underway. Martin provided regular feedback & updates and quickly sourced our buyer. By far the easiest property transaction I’ve had with less than 12 weeks between going on the market and completion! I’d highly recommend AJM Estates :)

GoogleAvoid at all costs. I rang to arrange a viewing of a property. The ‘agent’ was sarcastic, demeaning and spoke disrespectfully about the owners. A retired couple, who frankly deserve respect. I asked to make a complaint, they put the phone down on me. I put my complaint in writing to them, to avoid having to write this….three weeks on nothing. By all means be rude to buyers, but unforgivable to be talking badly about your clients behind their back. It was easier to speak to the Ombudsman. For balance, see the other 5 star reviews…. There appear to be some very happy ‘customers’. Although a few clicks and Google suggest that these aren’t genuine..

GoogleBooked a viewing on a property, agent didn't bother to register my interest, then didn't turn up for the viewing and to top it of, didn't even have the courtesy to call to cancel. Therefore now loosing out on business. Disgusted to say the lease and will be spreading the word on this time-wasting amateur business!
