Shocking service, always chasing you for updates. You lied to us about seeing proof of funds with our buyers. We were passed from pillar to post around the office when we wanted answers. I would never have any dealings with you again. Nor would I recommend you to anyone.

I had excellent service from Strakers when I sold my house. Other than forgetting to tell me twice that viewings were cancelled, I could not fault them. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend them if you are wondering which estate agent to use.
