After receiving an awful service from another estate agents we were dubious about going the through the whole process of selling our house again. We honestly couldn't believe how much better our experience was with Strakers. They guided us through the whole process and kept us informed throughout. The sell went through smoothly and in a timely manner. We cannot recommend them enough especially the Chippenham branch.

Very good. Rapid response to questions. Excellent help from 2 specific members of staff one in Devizes and the other in Calne offices.Unfortunately let down by another member of staff who did not record appointment made resulting in me waiting outside the property for an hour. Following tel calls a further member of staff got in his car and came out on site.Overall staff worked well to make the purchase go through smoothly.

All the staff at Strakers were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the experience from when we first registered with them, arranging a couple of house viewings (not pushy at all) , the actual process of buying (calm and organised) and the final hand over of keys.

Strakers estate agents were responsible for the selling of the house we were buying. The service they provided was excellent, despite them not being the estate agents we had instructed to sell our house. Helen's communication kept us informed and really helped at times when the process was becoming very stressful. We are very grateful for the time, effort and caring attitude.

Dealing with the Devizes office we have found them to be very efficient. As we are currently renting a property, any issues are dealt with swiftly, just a quick call to Bridget and it's all sorted.We are also starting to look for a property to buy, and we are receiving details of suitable properties by email, which is more than can be said for the other agent we are registered with too.

Although my house was sold extremely quickly at a very good price, there were a lot of hold ups which were out of my control. Strakers kept me informed of everything that was happening all the time, and answered any queries as soon as possible.All the staff were efficient, friendly and very helpful, and I am very pleased with everything they did for me.

Many thanks to all the staff at the Malmesbury office for all the time and effort they put in . The sale had its ups and downs but they remained positive all the way through and they gave me plenty of support. I made numerous visits to the office and was always met with a smiling face and was made to feel very welcome , shame about the coffee !

I sold my home over year ago and completely forgot I promised to write a review. I bumped into Liam from Swindon who was fantastic through the whole process. He said he no longer worked for Strakers but said it would help the team with this review. Everyone else was also incredible helpful and made it a smooth process. Jane and Sharon Especially. Highly recommend.
