I’ve used David Ingram as a Lettings Agent for years & as an Estate Agent twice now. I’ve had a lot of experience with Lettings Agents over the years & David Ingrams was the first to actually do all that you’d hope for & then so much more. Truly I couldn’t fault them. I’m so disappointed I didn’t start using them before I did. When it came time to sell that property they were above & beyond. A truly personal service & as I’d never sold a property before they were so incredibly helpful. I happened to get ill & needed hospital care towards the end of the sale & they stepped up to do far more then was expected. I’m so amazingly grateful. So when the time came to sell our main residence I didn’t even bother contacting anyone else. I cannot fault their professionalism, patience or reactiveness. They truly work with you to help achieve the best experience possible for both buyer & seller. If you’re reading this because you’re considering using them, honestly don’t hesitate. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

A friendly and helpful Team, good communication throughout who were always proactive in their approach to progressing the sale of my house during a challenging period of lockdown etc. My first buyers dropped-out unexpectedly after 3 months of wasted time. However the David Ingram Team got it back on the market the very next day and quickly arranged 6 viewings and it sold. As a result, my house sale was back on track within 24 hours of receiving my previous disappointing news. I am very grateful for their help, advice and guidance during a difficult and stressful time. A few years back our landlord decided to sell, and Matt who was assigned to sell the property, found us another premises to rent within 3 days of us being given notice. While we were still on the property, we found Matt to be so understanding, sensitive and not invasive at all to our privacy, when it came to clients wanting viewings. We really wanted to stay in Corsham and I was concerned we were not going to find a rental (especially in Corsham) before the end of the notice period. Not only did they find us a rental in record time which was a huge relief and a weight lifted off our shoulders, the rental was in the exact location we requested with all the requirements we needed. It was just perfect!. We found the service we received from both Matt and Aimi to be absolutely incredible. They are both so approachable, friendly, extremely helpful and accommodating with great communication all the way through the process and have really gone the extra mile for us. I would highly recommend anyone, being private or corporate to utilise their services for both sales and/or lettings. I have utilised other letting agents over the years who have not been so accommodating, so nothing compares to them. Even after we moved into the rental, I popped into their offices on numerous occasions and was always greeted with a friendly smile no matter who was on site. Now, years later, we recently moved out of the rental as we moved up north and once again, Aimi never failed to impress. She is an absolutely amazing letting agent and has always been so proficient, friendly and accommodating, once again has gone the extra mile, plus we got our deposit back extremely quickly. In all the properties we have rented, she is the best and nicest estate agent and agency we have ever had the pleasure of working with. I wish I could use you as our new letting agent here. We will miss you this side ☹ Thank you all so much and keep up the great work!!

Recently used to help sale of property left as part of an estate. Spoke with a number of agents before deciding on David Ingram because of their strong local knowledge and presence, the understanding shown of our particular needs (we live more than 100 miles away so agent needed to be on hand to deal with all aspects of the sale), and the quality of their advice on the approach to the sale. This included determining a realistic, but also desirable, selling price. The draft property particulars were faultless, and we very quickly received an acceptable offer. The team (especially Chris) kept us well informed throughout, and went the extra mile in terms of regularly revisiting the property on our behalf for insurance purposes. Would highly recommend.

Landlords and tenants beware of this letting agent, very unprofessional and rude. I myself was a tenant in a property they supposedly managed. Check in was difficult, any issues regarding the property they didn't want to know, I ended up maintaining it myself and their checkout report was incorrect. They have now deducted money from my deposit even though the property was not in a good standard when taking it on. So glad I am rid of them, not really worthy of 1 star but had to. I would never recommend as an agent.

Avoid this letting agent. I had problems with my tenant almost immediately after they moved in, with him causing over £2000's worth of criminal and internal damage and rent arrears. I subsequently found out that he had failed the tenant referencing and affordability check and had declared an outstanding county court judgment against him on his application form. Unfortunately as this was contrary to what David Ingram told me out the outset, this invalidated my landlords insurance. Initially, David Ingram refused to take any responsibility and were very unhelpful. After numerous letters of complaint from me and the involvement of my solicitor, they refunded the cost of their referencing service and my landlords insurance cost. This was an extremely stressful and upsetting 6 months for me. One of the reasons I selected David Ingram was that their agent advertised the fact that he belonged to ARLA, a recognised professional body with high standards. However, when I contacted ARLA, I found he had not been a member since 2014. ARLA have since asked him to remove their name from the website. If you are a landlord, I would not recommend David Ingram. My new tenant was found through another agent in Corsham and there is no comparison in their efficiency and professionalism.
