We had spoken to a number of estate agents prior to contacting Jon at Complete! He visited us at the house within a few days of contact. Spoke with experience and honesty about us selling the property & we both came to a realistic valuation as a result as well as some top tips we could take on board prior to selling. Jon replied really quickly to all our emails, as well as updating up expeditiously. Our house was only on the market for a short period of time before sold, achieving an asking price way in excess to what others had quoted. I feel Jon obtained a really good but fair price for the property I would definitely recommend Jon and we will use him again when selling our parents property

Jon is a fantastic agent who really takes pride in doing his job to the highest professional standard. We bought our house from a seller he was representing and he was consistently patient, motivating, clear and knowledgeable throughout the process, which helped to conclude the sale in a really timely fashion. I really appreciated his unflappable nature and steady demeanour throughout, which is definitely helpful in what can be a demanding process. Having just had a house sale fall through as we were about to complete we were pretty gutted.A house came up with Amanda and I never realised how awful the other estate agents were! Amanda went above and beyond and answered any queries straight away(even on a sat or sun)She's such a proactive person and just gets everything done.Nothing was too much trouble.We completed in 10 weeks and even when we moved in and the water wasn't on,she came back to help in the evening.If we ever sell,she's the only estate agent we will ever use. Having dealt with some other pretty awful estate agents, what a breath of fresh air it was to buy our new home through Complete Estate Agents. Amanda was amazing and provided a first class service. Jonathan was very professional from start to finish. He was very thorough. Very reliable. Always available and was prepared to go out of his way to help whenever we needed him. Simply put the best estate agent I have ever had selling a house for me. Amanda at Complete Melksham was recommended to me by a friend because I wasn’t impressed with the High Street estate agents. Initially, we decided to go with a high street agent for the sale of our property, as for some reason I thought it was the best and the 'done' thing to do. I was VERY wrong!! After a very frustrating time on the market with the high street agent, we made the switch to Complete and never looked back. The service provided by Jon was exceptional. This agency is beyond excellent. As they are a Corsham based internet agent there is no need to pay out for an expensive high street shop, thus saving money which keeps the agency fees lower than the conventional high street estate agent. Also, unlike high street agents there is no restriction on opening and closing times as ourselves and our buyers contacted Jon at all different times. We are based in Hampshire, we were on the market with local high street agents but Jon explained that they can market your property wherever you are - you do not need to be local to him as your property will come up in the relevant search criteria. My property is now under offer through Complete, we had a choice of buyer and Jon and his team have been professional from the outset. We had four offers on our property and Jon has researched each buyer and the chain so that we can make the right decision. If you want to deal with an agent who provides the personal touch rather than being a name or number in a chain of agents, then this is the agency for you. Jon deals with it all from start to finish rather than farm it out to other departments. Oh and the best thing is, the fees are a lot cheaper than high street agents. Looking forward to completing our sale with Jon and Complete Estate Agents
