GoogleConnollys estates. I had a great experience from start to finish. Very professional and helpful people. Mainly I dealt with Jamie which is supportive, honest and straightforward. Sometimes I did communicate with other staff members too which were very helpful. I appreciate they help very much and do not hesitate to refer them to friends or family.

GoogleFrom the moment we contacted CONNOLLY’s the friendly, helpful, professional service was a breath of fresh air for the local estate agents. Although issues with our initial purchase Deirdre was amazing, keeping us updated on everything no matter how small. Jamie showed us a few properties and negotiated amazingly with the sellers of our new property and was always available to answer any questions. Thanks guys you really are a cut above the rest in the area and a special mention to Jamie and Deirdre who were outstanding.

GoogleDeirdre was absolutely second to none when it came to assistance with all aspects of my move through a difficult divorce. I felt listened to, understood and wasn't treated as just another client. She fully explained anything I didnt understand with a helpful and cheery demenor which helped alivate stress and anxiety for me and my family! GoogleWhen my landlord said they was selling the house I was in and conollys was the agent, they told Steve that could he help find myself an new place to rent, honestly I couldn't ask for anyone better to help me, no job to small for Steve to handle on Lettings, we viewed on property and Steve started the process and no time at all, it was all sorted, all the staff are so friendly too. please if you need any advice or help, on renting, please contact Steve at conollys in Corringham town center, amazing person, funny and can't stress how amazing he is. Highly recommend.

GoogleMy husband and I start using connollys in 2014. They were very helpful and flexible upon taking out our new tenancy. Inspections were completed every 6 months. However upon moving out of the property recently we made sure we had done more than required to put the property back to a high standard. We had already replaced carpets and made improvements we also touched up all walls with paint and cleaned throughout. When it came to handing the keys back we were handed an exit inspection with an endless list of 'issues' my husband and I therefore compared original inspection paperwork to the recent paperwork and low and behold all issues were from when we first moved in. The house was in far much better condition when we left than when we arrived. Such unprofessional behaviour from a large letting agents and not even so much as an apology for not looking at the original inventory before completing the exit inspection. To think if we hadn't of had that paperwork from moving in they would have deducted money from our deposit! Absolutely disgusted and would not let from this agent again! Seem ok when taking your money but not so quick to give it back. We were good long standing tenants for 3 years and to be treated this way was very stressful and upsetting.
