GoogleTo be honest, Matt Fallon is really nice and most patient person I have ever met. My English is not very good, but he doesn't show the slightest sign of impatience. He always patiently answers every question I have. A very pleasant experience.

GoogleReally we cannot appreciate more and express ourselves. π«‘ Both Sarah and Matt were a delight to work with. From day 1 at house viewing to the last day of handing over the keys I canβt remember a single moment where we requested for an assistance and they didnβt adhere to. (Unfortunately) From taking calls even during their time-off to help us with every small queries and details, they were a star. Professionalism at its peak and punctuality at its finest. Everyone knows how difficult itself for first time buyers to understand the process and tension that brings with it. They were the perfect bridge between the buyers and sellers one can expect. Kudos to Sarah explicitly, really we were impressed and glad to have you as our agent. And sincere apologies if we were annoying during the journey. π

GoogleSarah & Matt were very helpful with the viewing, however we found the seller had overpriced the house but I guess in this market that is what is happening.
