We recently purchased a home in Bishopstown and couldn’t recommend Frank V Murphy auctioneers highly enough. Dennis Guerin was exceptional to deal with and helped us with all of our queries along the way. As first time buyers, it was great to meet someone who invested so much time and effort into our purchasing journey. Dennis was highly professional and couldn’t have done more for us. Highly recommended and very grateful for their professional service.

Selling the Family home is a difficult task for anyone, but it was made so much smoother for us with the assistance of Tirza Hourihane in Frank V Murphy. At all points she was professional, kind and determined to do her best for us. Her manner was always polite, she didn't mind when we rang or what questions we needed answered. Would definitely recommend Tirza and all in Frank V Murphy.

From a buyer's point of view I would recommend Frank V Murphy and in particular Tirza, who is a very professional auctioneer. During the buying process she always kept me informed by email and phone to ensure I didn't miss anything, which is very important. At the end of the process she handed me the keys very quickly and provided me with all the information I needed. She is amazing! Highly recommended! Sherry

The task of selling a property is said to be more stressful than other major life events……I’m delighted to report that Dennis Guerin and Tirza Hourihane of Frank V Murphy auctioneers have debunked that myth!! Their professionalism and empathy absorbed all of our stress and anxiety, when we recently sold our family home. I cannot overstate how impressed and grateful we were that Dennis and Tirza were so aware of the “sensitivities” involved in putting a family home on the market. Their kindness and empathy were very reassuring. From the moment they were tasked with selling the house they looked after every aspect of the process. Tirza kept us informed of any new developments with the sale - she took customer service to a whole new level of excellence. The wealth of knowledge, skill set and communication skills of this long established company gave us total confidence in their ability to complete the sale; achieving maximum price with minimum hassle. Based on our experience, we would have no hesitation in recommending this company .

Dennis's responsiveness and clear communication made the entire transaction effortless. His dedication to his clients is unmatched, and I am grateful for his support throughout the process. I highly recommend Dennis to anyone seeking a reliable and knowledgeable real estate agent. Additionally, it's worth noting that Dennis even replied promptly to my inquiries despite being on holiday abroad, which truly speaks volumes about his commitment to his clients.

I used Frank V Murphy for a house sale and cannot recommend them highly enough. John Barry took care of the sale, which ended up being more complicated than we had anticipated. At every stage of the sale, John was there with support, advice, and guidance. He was superb to work with, organised, capable, a prompt and clear communicator, and a true professional. He made a stressful process so much easier than it would otherwise have been. I would recommend him most highly to anyone buying or selling a property, and am hugely grateful to him for the brilliant work he did on my behalf.

We ended up not buying with Frank V Murphy. But wait !! It was not becasue they were not helpful. Quite the opposite, they were so kind to us throughout our purchasing journey (which happened by accident through another agent), that I decided to leave Frank V Murphy a review. Denis is the most genuine person you can meet in your life. He even answered my phone about a house that was not even related to him when he was on holiday. They go to that length to help you and this is a quality that you cannot find in many people. If you like a house that they have in stock, you cannot be in better hands.

We bought an apartment recently through Frank V Murphy and the professionalism and courtesy of Tirza Hourihane was beyond compare. Easily the most efficient & attentive auctioneer we have ever encountered. We then decided to rent out the apartment for a while and Tirza organised everything from start to finish and sourced some excellent clients on our behalf. Very rarely will you find a professional who is at the end of the phone at any time when needed. Tirza went above any beyond and we recommend her and her office highly for any property dealings.

My experience dealing with Frank V Murphy and John Barry has been one of my more professional ones. From initial contact to drone footage and posting of the adverts was very quick and efficient. The sales strategy was well thought out and discussed in advance. Final sale and closure couldn't have been smoother. A pleasure to do business with. JohnH.
