GoogleDan was a fantastic auctioneer from start to finish. Everything was handled so professionally and efficiently, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Communication was clear throughout and Dan was always helpful, approachable, and knowledgeable. I felt confident everything was in safe hands and the service exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.

GoogleDan was terrific to deal with through the whole process, from initial communication at the viewing, all the way to handing us our keys (late on a Friday night!) After going Sale Agreed Dan’s communication was excellent with us in advising on the status of delays, and even pushed for issues to be resolved that were above and beyond his remit. Any texts / emails were always answered promptly, and if he didn’t have the answer to hand he always found it and got back to us. Was great to deal with him, and would happily work with him again if we’re ever selling!
Hi Liam Thanks a million for the review. Much appreciated. All the best Dan

GoogleDan Howard was absolutely fantastic in helping us sell our house. We ended up getting Dan to sell our house in Forrest Hill at well above asking price and we bought a slightly bigger house from him . It is tricky trying to handle both the sale and the purchase of a new house but he was so enthusiastic and constantly kept us informed of the proceedings. We went on holidays for a week and he had 10 viewings set up when we were gone and was sale agreed by the time we came back . He went over and beyond all our expectations and I would highly recommend to anyone buying or selling a house .
Hi Eoin. Thank you very much for the great review. It was a pleasure working with yourself and Kelly.

GoogleDan Howard & Co is the best agency I’ve ever met! Dan and his team not only brilliantly know all relevant information about a house they sale but in addition provide a comprehensive support through your buying journey on every step. We bought the unique second-hand house in Janeville just in 6 weeks (from sale agreed till closing date) due to fast and extremely professional approach of the agency. My husband and myself highly recommend their service to all. Cecilia & Nikolay
