FacebookI can't recommend sherry Fitzgerald enough!! I mainly dealt with Pauline but had John's help and advice also. They were both so lovely and helpful, whilst I was selling my property and purchasing another one. I'd also like to say that anytime I phoned their office I spoke to either Helen or Louise and they too were so pleasant and nice! Thank you guys for all your help and advice and for helping me find a lovely home. I would definitely rate you guys 10 out of 10!! 👏👍

FacebookBuying a house is the biggest investment most people ever make. I bought a house in D16 from Sherry FitzGerald New Homes pre-COVID in 2019 and never once had a face to face with a Sherry Fitz employee. Remarkable! On the day of handover, they had a builder from the site meet us at the house with the key. He handed the key over and walked away. I never heard from anyone again to check in on us. We've had a bunch of issues since with the house and estate and nobody wants to know. I thought it was just us, but all the neighbours are in the same boat. Get the money as quick as you can and then move onto the next deal! When I bought off Quillsen in the past, the agent met us at the house to handover the keys with a bottle of bubbly and a congratulations card. They then walked us around the house to make sure we knew how everything worked. They then followed up a few months later to see how everything was going with the new house. That is proper customer service. I wouldn't buy a house marketed by Sherry Fitz every again. My recommendation to Sherry Fitz is to take a good look at their customer experience.

Placed an order and then there was no further update from the agent for over a month.I called them for update then the agent called back and ask what can they help me???After the call they asked me to increase the offer, it is totally fine but should be more proactive. Will not consider them in the future.

Ed Reilly came to value our home in anticipation of us going to market. After our first meeting with Ed it was clear he had a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the current market so we did not hesitate to appoint him which transpired to be a great decision. Not all sales go smoothly , however with a calm and problem solving approach the sale was completed. Ed was fantasic to deal with , always promptly returning my calls and handing any issues with the utmost professionalism as did his team in the office. For any future purchases or sales we may endeavour on within Eds scope area there would be no one else we would choose.

Facebookwe used SF to sell our house unfortunately the agent told me he couldn't tell us who was coming to view the house because of DATA protection this is not the case with other estate agents and I was also told that no bookings would be allowed unless the person viewing the property had funds approved or financially able to purchase the house this was one of the conditions I had requested due to the fact that I'd have to leave my house everytime someone viewed it which wasnt an issue really but I would rather someone coming in that had funds rather than a person who didn't as it's only wasting time for me and my family aswell as the agents I found that once I signed a contract things had changed only for those reasons I wouldn't recommend but had never any issues in the past

Very annoyed with sherry fitzgerald tallaght. Mislead about a few things during the already stressful process of buying apartment. I was told on a couple of occasions that furniture was included so I gave all my furniture to charity shop, only to find a completely empty apartment to move into. Have to now spend money I don't have to buy a whole new set of furniture on Christmas week. Very unprofessional people.

GoogleIs the boom back that they are too busy to call you back? Called last week, oh John is not available, I will get him to call you, ok, here is my number, oh perhaps you can call him. Finally got a number, left a message, still waiting....they don't reply to emails either. I wanted to buy and also to sell one property independent of one another. Just to update, its taken a bad review for them to respond to me. 2 phone calls and an email asking why nobody was returning my calls wasn't enough. The first time I called he was at a viewing so he wasn't on holidays. I have found another auctioneer who is dealing with my sale. Missed a cheap purchase but there will be more.

GoogleI don't have words to describe how bad the process was to buy a property through Sherry Fitzgerald. After over 1 year waiting for a property, the entire process of dealing with the agency and O'Leary construction was an absolute nightmare. They were very disrespectful and unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone!!
