GoogleI want to thank Sean from Pavilion Real Estate for being a great professional with great knowledge and dedication to his work and detail.
Thank you for being available to welcome me and talk to me when I had some doubts.
The photographic work was a great help for publicity, as he had told me.
He was always in contact with me, informing me of visits and comments that had been made and explaining what should be done next.
It didn't take long for him to tell me that the house was sold and for a good price.
Thank you very much for selling my house, so I can move on to a new phase of my life.

GoogleWe contacted Sean from Pavilion Real Estate to sell our house and he went above and beyond our expectations. Within 2 weeks the house was photographed, listed online and sale agreed -above asking price, which is such a credit to Sean and the team. Sean is very knowledgeable, friendly and had great communication throughout the whole process. We couldn't recommend him enough. Thanks for everything!

GoogleFrom the initial phone call to enquire about selling our house right through to keys being handed over Sean was an absolute pleasure to work with. He kept us in the loop at every stage. The house sold within 3 days which is reflective of the service and marketing done by Pavillon Real Estate!! Would 100% recommend to anyone thinking of selling a house! Thank you!

GoogleWe asked Sean to sell our house and that he did, in a week!!!! Not only that but he got us a great price, way better than we hoped for.
His service was first class and his photography and attention to detail were impeccable.
House sold and moved in just over two months I think it would be hard to beat that.
Many thanks again Sean.

GoogleI couldn't recommend Pavilion Real Estate enough. Our house was on the market for only 8 days before it was 'Sale Agreed' and for more than the asking price.
The team kept in touch with us throughout the entire process with updates from solicitors, banks etc. It was as smooth and stress free as possible.

Google“They sold my property in a week”. Hand on heart, if you’re looking an organised/stress free, purchase or sale, look no further than Pavilion real estate. Their knowledge and experience of dealing with properties abroad, will no doubt bring real estate into a whole new era here in N.Ireland, thanks again.
