Damien, this is a completely false review as we have never had any dealings with you before and certainly never received a deposit from you. We have flagged this with google but they don't seem to be interested in verifying your fake review. We comply with all the relevant legislation and regulatory bodies. All deposits received are lodged with the tenancy deposit scheme (TDS NI), as required by law. This government backed deposit scheme was set-up to protect tenants and any disputes are settled through the scheme. Thank you for your review Arune, we are sorry to see you are unhappy. However we both know the review you have left is not a true reflection of events. Furthermore, we advised you that your deposit was protected with TDSNI which allowed you to dispute any deposit held by the landlord at the end of the tenancy and prior to you agreeing the settlement, but you chose not to do this.
