Story tellers - not to be trusted

We always had to chase for our rents as they pay no attention at all. Without informing they do the repair works and forget to send invoices. When we ask any questions, they always come up with some stories. They charged many invoices twice and when we went to their office and discussed about the calculations, they agreed their mistake and told we were entitled to get nearly 1.5k. Again no reponse after we left. NOT to be TRUSTED at all. AVOID AT ALL COST to have peace in life.

Terrible service! The young man on the phones was rude and abrupt when organising a viewing. Didnt do his job and book my appointment time to see the property. I arrived early called to see where he was spoke to a lovely young woman who was very apologetic and explained that they had no record of the viewing. Ended up waiting around for an hour to finally be let into the property that was near derelict inside.. windows boarded up, no back gate, every room in the house needed renevating and redecorating aswell as a new kitchen. The cheek to ask somone to pay 1k a month for a property in that state is beyond me! Shocking start to finish!

Good evening. Apologies for the delay in response. I gave a lower review/star rating because during my viewing of a flat in Old Colwyn, your representative offered to send me available rentals on your books. To date, all these weeks later, and I delayed further in responding to you to enable every opportunity to receive further property information, I have not received any emails or other communication with details of any properties to rent from your company. This is most disappointing as I truly wished to revise my rating. In the meantime, I have been searching on Rightmove, Zoopla et al and have seen a number of new properties with your agency but sadly, nothing from yourselves.

Terrible service received by a representative of this company. I would give no stars if that was an option. Ignored an email to view the house, then I chased it and got an appointment. Was very abrupt tried blindingly obvious sales techniques that were laughable. Told me It was going to Auction if no offer was made by the end of the week, told me the owners wanted it sold within 4 weeks, I did make an offer on email, proving I had the finance in place ( As I was told to). didn't even get a reply. Worried because I sent my passport and bank statements and was told he had received it - God knows why he didn't acknowledge it, was very unprofessional. Considering I was told it had to be sold within four weeks, and an offer had to be made by the end of the week, it took 2 days short of 4 weeks to decline my offer. This I was only informed of because I chased them. I raised my offer by email - Again no reply so I called to confirm receipt to which I was told someone made an offer the day before which was accepted. Funny how an offer was accepted so quick when I was told it was a company that owned it and they always took up to 4 weeks to rely. Asked for code of conduct and complaints procedure as it felt very very dodgy - Obviously no reply. Awful company - Stay away

Dear Mr Morley, We appreciate people giving feedback and we are sorry you feel your experience wasn’t satisfactory. I have checked the email track and I can see we did respond to you in a reasonable time scale to your emails. I can’t see where you chased us and I have checked the email track and phone log in that regard. As explained in our email to you but I guess it’s worth repeating, when we put offers forward to the vendors the time it takes for them to respond to us is out of our control. We did explain the property in question was owned by a company and they did take a while to come back to us. This was because they were considering all the offers they had received and people’s ability to exchange and complete in a reasonable time scale. I can see by the email track that we did respond to your offer as soon as we heard back from the owners. I can also see by the email track that you were advised we were in receipt of a much higher offer than yours. I can also see you expressed your dissatisfaction that we would not disclose the offers we received from other people. We did explain to you that we do not disclose offers to anyone as this is not in the seller’s best interest. You simply missed out because your offer was too low. However, we have written to you in regards to your other comments inviting you to elaborate.

Went rental side. Viewed a property they were managing, they never sent a form through for us to apply when we said we liked it, they forgot we viewed it then offered us another viewing. They never contact you back when you ask a question about properties.

Be very careful

Be very wary of the agent Richard Crouch. He purported to have a retired couple interested in renting my unit and then entered into a lease - without my knowledge. When he eventually submitted the documents - 7 days after the tenants had taken occupation- it transpired that the tenants were now a young married couple with a baby. Needless to say i saw very little of the rent and was stuck with the damages caused by the tenants.Be very careful!

We felt very welcome from the very start. we already fell in love with a property advised on there website by just seeing the pictures. their application forms are straight forward forms , very fast with sorting out problems very good company

Terrible service, refused to give me my deposit back had to fight and go to a solicitors to finally get £625 deposit back. I do not recommend this company

Terrible

Terrible. I wish I never used them. I am now being sued following advice they gave me. They are terrible at communicating and I have also lost a full deposit as well which they are not following up on of a previous tenant. I intend to file a full complaint with them. Absolutely terrible.
