Friendly, helpful and understanding throughout a lengthy and often bumpy purchase process. Kept us informed with regular contact and chased down people in the chain to progress things. Thank you.

For over 2 months I'm trying to book a viewing and still no success. I'm very disappointed with their Prescot branch and for sure I will never sell or buy using them as it is a waste of time.

TrustpilotDon’t use these cowboys!
Just out to rinse you for every penny you have. Don’t ever use these cowboys They refused to do repairs meaning we had to do them in a rented house they’d asked us to leave because it’s for sale!

TrustpilotDo not waste your time using Reeds Rains
Appalling level of customer service. Staff are unclear on basic Data Protection and GDPR. Unhelpful response when a complaint was raised with management. A catalogue of errors. I wouldn't waste my time with this estate agent.
