It was the first time we had move in 40 years and the entire team was extremely helpful every step of the way! Very unprofessional service by amateurs purporting to be estate agents. Spend as little time as possible on valuation and pics 'visits'. Can't even get property details correct after four attempts and yet still posted it on Rightmove, etc.

Recently dealt with the team at Didsbury and it was by far the best customer service I have had from an estate agent. I can't remember the name of the person I spoke to, think it was Ryan or Brian but he had great knowledge of the current market and gave me some great advice.
