Arranged to have an house valued they arranged an appointemnt and time, then confirmed it.waited in and no one turned up. I rang the Ossett branch who had arranged it all and they did not have my appointment in the diary, the woman who answered the phone on Saturday morning was also very unprofessional . As they say first impressions count and in this case it was not very good. Went with another more professional company

Reeds Rains has been looking after my property for almost 15 years now. Although I live far away from home, I was kept updated as much as possible, quick responses every time, given advice with anything I needed. They have been very efficient, caring and prompt in all aspects....routine inspection, finding tenants and dealing with emergencies. Bottom line is: Brilliant service professional, friendly and trustworthy.

Reeds Rains Congleton have just sold my property and I would highly recommend the service. They were very professional from the beginning, offering different marketing strategies to suit my needs. They got me an asking price above the guide and above my expectations.
