I have tried to reach out to you on 2 occasions without a response, obviously I would like to investigate why you felt it was appropriate to leave a 1 star review. If you are unhappy with our service, we would appreciate a call to help us to identify the issue and investigate. Although I understand the problem may have been with a delay caused by a number of issues raised in your lower sales chain, this is something unfortunately we have no control or influence over, but please call and I will try to address your concerns.
