Stephenson Browne Ltd Congleton reviews

Well this will be the easiest review I will ever complete as Stephenson Browne made the selling of our property somewhat less stressful and any problems that did arise were dealt with swiftly and in a timely manner. As a first time seller Stephenson and Browne guided me through the process from day one to the very end. Their response to emails was second to none no chasing up for updates. Response was same day or even within the hour. Would I recommend Stephenson Browne without hesitation special mention to Ellie Forrester, Toria Mallaburn, Natasha Walther and Samantha Stone. All of you were friendly, honest and professional throughout, Samantha was especially outstanding dealing with the completion of the sale I look forward to working with you all in the future should I need to buy or sell my property.

Kelly was fantastic. She understood that our home was not your standard beige box and marketed it well to appeal to tenants that would treat it with respect. We've met the tenant and they seem lovely. The process was swift, straightforward and Kelly was always available to talk us through and questions we had.

Ellie kept us up to date with viewings and offers and was very professional and helpful

I have never dealt with Stephenson Brown previously and as an established estate agent myself within Cheshire, I was very impressed!! Being in the business yourself you can still need it all breaking down for you and Stephenson Brown have been very supportive throughout the process thus far!! Particular mention must be made to Toria Mallaburn who is an absolute credit to the company, a calming influence who is extremely hardworking going above and beyond!!

I recently purchased a property through Stephenson Browne in Congleton. The service from Craig, Natasha, Ellie and Louisa was faultless, at time the transaction was a little sensitive, however, the teams pragnatic approach resolved any issue that raised its head during the conveyancing process. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thanks for all your help.

From the get go S&B have been amazing. Tasha and Ellie were both always friendly and helpful. Tasha was my main point of contact, and she took so much of the stress of moving away for me with her professional manner and quick problem solving skills. I can't thank you enough!

Absolutely fantastic service! We enquired about another property initially but that one had unfortunately gone however Ellie recommended a new property straight away and sent me the details that afternoon. She’s been the most informative and friendly estate agent I have ever dealt with - we could always contact her via email or phone. I wouldn’t pick any other estate agent in congleton to either sell or buy a property through.
