Sadly I cannot recommend this company due to the lack of communication, delays, many errors on the legal documents, the attention to detail was truly awful and caused further delays, which as a result caused me great stress and anxiety. The process started in August 2025 and completed on 10th November 2025!

GoogleAs a neighbour to the Adlington development in Stafford I’m disgusted with how this company has endangered local residents. They do not provide enough on site parking for residents and visitors and staff are not allowed to park on their car park. It has now become dangerous for all neighbours to the development when leaving their houses due to people parking along the road and obstructing visibility. This is a busy road with a lot of lorries using the route. On contacting the company their response was shameful saying they can’t control where their staff park. On planning applications these projects are sold to local residents as elderly people without vehicles but I assure you this is not The case and more parking needs to be provided.
