I have been searching for my first home, and saw a lovely property on PropertyPal one evening a few weeks back that Tim Martin were selling. I sent through the request, and was called the next day to discuss viewing the property, only to be told that there would be viewings the next week as they were waiting on the keys to the property. I was happy enough with that, and was assured that I would be contacted when they were doing viewings, and I let them know when would suit the following week. Days went by, and I heard nothing. Having not had any communication at all for over 3 weeks, I decided to check the house on their website, and lo and behold, the house is Sale Agreed! How completely disheartening.

Had a viewing booked in Comber, but unfortunately no one showed up and I couldn’t get through when I tried calling afterwards. That said, they did get back in touch, apologised for what happened and tried to help by seeing if there were any other suitable properties. Not the best initial experience, but I appreciate them reaching out and attempting to put things right. I’d be happy to use their services again.

Extremely disappointed with Tim Martins operations. Having used my annual leave to book a first viewing of a property they where selling and for them to cancel a few hours before attening because they wished to put forward another offer is unprofessional to say the least. Little did they known I was planning to offer significantly over the asking price, costing the vendor a better price for their property. Is this the agent you wish to sell your property ?

I don't know if it is standard practice among estate agents to ignore potential buyers but twice I have emailed this estate agents asking for information on a certain property and have been ignored. I even left a voice message. If I was to go into a car showroom with 100k in my pocket you can bet your bottom dollar you would be treated like royalty yet this estate agent seems to think they are above providing a service to potential buyers. I wrote to two other estate agents the same day inquiring about properties and they replied within an hour. If you want to sell your property I would look at other estate agents. Update - Tim Martin have since contacted me and given me the information I have requested but I don't know how to change the rating.
