FacebookWe’ve just bought and sold through Tim Martin’s and they were fantastic from start to finish. They moved really quickly to get our property on the market when we made the difficult decision to sell. All the various viewings ran very smoothly and they kept in close contact with us to make sure we knew how all the viewings went. When we’d sale agreed they held our hand through all the ups and downs until completion! I couldn’t recommend them enough!

FacebookVERY UNPROFESSIONAL Estate agents. After FOUR days, I still haven't had the information I had asked for in relation to the potential purchase of land. If I was the seller of the land opposite 49 Holly Park, Killinchy and knew how Tim Martin estate agents were handling that sale, I would be taking my business elsewhere !! I made a phone call to their Comber office on Monday morning and I was informed that the information I required would be emailed to me that day. When this information wasn't received, I followed up an email though Tim Martins "contact us" on their website and another email of complaint to their own email address and STILL no reply by Thursday that same week. Makes me think they don't actually want anyone else to bid on this for some reason !!!!
