I received such brilliant support from John Minnis (Comber branch) and I wanted to say a special thank you to Scott and Nicole for making my first property purchase such a smooth and stress-free experience. I got approved for my mortgage and house around March and even though it’s been a few months, I’ve been meaning to share my gratitude. Thank you to the whole team, your professionalism and friendly approach made such a difference and thank you for helping me make such a big milestone possible! :)

Total professionals sums the team at John Minnis up. Calls were always responded too, questions promptly answered and polite and needed nudges were given in order to keep things on track. Ceitidh was an exemplary liaison point between myself and the vendor and no request for information was ever ignored or refused. Buying and selling property always has some level of stress, but Ceitidh certainly minimised it. Thank you so much Chris and Mandy Buckleyt

As a first-time buyer, they made the entire process feel straightforward, well organised and stress-free. Exceptional experience

Exceptional experience from initial contact to completion of sale. Highly professional and personable staff who really go above and beyond to make clients feel valued. I was updated regularly throughout the process, consulted regularly when things didn’t go to plan with buyers etc. and given solid advice on next steps. The staff have exceptional market knowledge and really did hand hold me through the whole process at every stage. I have dealt with John Minnis for previous sales and will revert to them for future sales. Special mention to Lynzi, who managed the whole valuation / sale, and Amelia who supported throughout. HIghly recommend this agency.

I encountered John Minnis a couple of times while house hunting, and did buy a flat through them in the end. They were very helpful! They always let me know when there were any updates on the property as soon as possible, and answered all of my silly questions as a first time buyer. If I ever decide to sell, I’ll definitely be going with John Minnis

Laurie was brilliant during the purchase, and a couple of years later, the sale of our property. Is quick to get in touch with updates and grease the gears to get the sale completed as soon as possible. Whilst the property was let, Nicole was great in managing us, the tenants, and the property. Empathetic, quick to get in touch, and effective, I would recommend the John Minnis Comber office to anyone.

Over the years I have sold properties in Northern Ireland, Scotland and England and up until now I have had a very poor opinion of estate agents. However the service provide by John Minnis Comber branch was superb. From the outset they proved to be knowledgeable, proactive and approachable. They handled all aspects of the sale from advertising, hosting viewings and negotiating to liaising with solicitors in an efficient and professional manner and kept me fully informed on progress every step of the way. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Lorrie and the team at John Minnis Comber.

John Minnis Estate Agents were recommended to us and I have no hesitation in forwarding that recommendation to everyone. From the first phone call to the final sale, the service was everything we could have hoped for, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and always happy to help with any queries, Laurie and his team at the Comber Office kept us informed and aware at every stage of our sale, and kept acting on our behalf all the way through, chasing up anything to make sure the sale was as smooth and as prompt as it could be. You will be in safe hands with them.
