Recently we bought a house through the Reeds Rains Colne branch, and I can honestly say all the staff there are super helpful, they make up a great team! Every time I called for an update or to ask a question, they made sure it was answered, or they would call me back after finding out. I built such a good relationship with them that I got to know all their names! One of the key things that stood out to me was how well they communicate with each other and keep notes. So if you speak with one person one day and another the next, they are already up to date on your case. Thank you, Reeds Rains Colne team!

Kept deposit and blocked ex Tennant when their own report said property was in better condition than when it was let in the 1st place. Blaming landlord. Also won't book daughter in to view another rental (2 differant experiences in same week by 2 different people) don't trust, I won't.
