FacebookWould definitely recommend Theresa and her excellent team. The conveyance service was used for the sale and buying of my parent’s property last year. Very supportive and professional throughout the whole process. Guidance, efficiency and attention to detail made what can often be a stressful time feel much more manageable and straightforward. FacebookI’d just like to say a massive thank you to Jeanette and Julie at Waters. ( Sadly) we didn’t sell through them, they were acting for our sellers but have supported us through the whole process. We had little communication from our own solicitors but they went above and beyond to help us and answer our numerous questions. I honestly think if it wasn’t for Waters we wouldn’t have completed before the stamp duty deadline. Thanks again, much appreciated.

The probate and inheritance tax situations were not absolutely straightforward and involved numerous financial institutions. We were very grateful for their unravelling of the difficult points and for keeping us well informed during the whole process. GoogleMy wife had decided to sell her house with waters & co and they recomended Stewart to clear the house. A painting that was supposed to stay went missing. when stewart was asked if he had put it on the van by mistake, he became very defensive. My son looked in the van, which annoyed stewart, and after opening the side door, Stewart became very agitated, and was screaming abuse and swearing at my son, when he was asked to calm down he only got worse. After all the abuse my son told him to go forth and multiply. This enraged stewart even more, who promptly proceeded to unload the van back into the house. My wife, in tears, pleaded with him to stop, she was beside herself crying and begging him to stop, but he showed no empathy whatsoever. Upon seeing how distressed my wife was, my son appologised profusely and offered Stuart double his wage to complete the final 10% of the job, however he refused on multiple occasions. When we complained to walters&co the owner didnt bother to talk on the phone, she texted to say stewart was an angel and wouldnt put a foot wrong. She blamed everything on my son for telling him to go forth and multiply, even though stewart spent five mins swearing abuse at him. Needless to say we will not be selling with walters&co and we had booked for them to do our wills, which also will not be happening.

FacebookJust wanted to take a moment to share my experience of dealing with Waters estate agents and solicitors. Teresa and her team were outstanding, we could not have asked for a better service. Our telephone calls were always returned and I always received prompt answers to my questions. I sincerely appreciate all of the help and professionalism shown by your company. There may be other solicitors and estate agents that offer very slightly cheaper quotes but cheap is certainly not the way to go when making the most expensive purchase you will probably ever make.

FacebookIf you would like to spoken to in a rude and demeaning manner then this is the company for you! My partner and I completed on a property last week through this company and have been treated like absolute children! My partner is 32 weeks pregnant and the way she was spoken to is absolutely disgusting! The director Julie speaks over you on the phone and won’t let you talk, she openly said it’s her way or no other way, there was no compromise at all when it come to us even though we had to bed over backwards to accommodate them! It’s supposed to be a exciting time moving into a new house and she made it utterly stressful and quite frankly horrible. We will NEVER use them again!
I take exception to these comments having used Wàters and Co in Coleshill High Strret for nearly 20 years. I have never come across anything close to what you describe. Ive never come across a director of the company called Julie either. Could it be you have the wrong company?

GoogleThis solicitors and estate agents are top notch, they really are on top of their game, I initially went to them around 2007 to sort out a relatives will. Since then they have done my mothers will, my partners house sale and 3 house sales for me, they are truly amazing, they don’t miss a trick, they don’t waste your money and they are incredibly fast and conscientious, fantastic High Street solicitors, the best I have ever used in my 60 years on this planet, just brilliant

FacebookMyself and my family have used Waters and Co Solicitors for the best part of 20 years. The services we have used include selling property, wills and power of attorney. We have never had to question the integrity or competency of this company and I personally have always the found the level of customer service always exceeds that of bigger firms. I continue to use Waters and Co even though I am no longer a resident in the town because even I though I live over 100 miles away, the level of trust between both parties that has been built over the years is worth the journey. Their efficiency and professionalism is second to none and despite the challenges of covid (which we know had a profound personal impact on staff members & their families) remained focussed at all times. They handled everything in a professional, efficient and friendly manner. They communicated with us and if we had any queries they were more than happy to answer our concerns. FacebookWe are currently using waters and co for our house move and have done so, many times in the past. This move involves a lease and it is due to their efficiency that certain discrepancies were found and corrected prior to completion. We had previously looked at other lease hold property but were advised against purchase due to the ground rent multiplier that may have affected the resale value. A great team would always recommend them.

FacebookWe used Waters' conveyancing services to purchase our first house in 2010, and then again to both buy and sell in 2021. On both occasions the service was excellent. They are professional in all aspects, replying to emails promptly and answering any queries. I would highly recommend them. If we ever move again, we will definitely be using them.

It really helped having the estate agency, conveyancing and probate services all under one roof. It was all done efficiently, professionally and with kindness and courtesy at what was a particularly sad time for our family. It made everything so much less stressful and we are very grateful.
