Pollock Residential Coleraine reviews

Mark Pollock of Mark Pollock Residential was truly amazing for both selling our house and also with our purchase. Selling our property was handled with ease and the utmost professionalism. However, the house we were buying presented some major challenges, primarily due to issues with the person living in the property and the solicitor involved. It's crucial to note that none of this was Mark's fault. This is where Mark truly went above and beyond what most estate agents would ever do. He worked tirelessly to help resolve these complex issues, and frankly, we would have been lost without him. The fact that his name is on the agency (Mark Pollock Residential) really reflects the personal touch and dedication you just don't get with bigger firms. He provides a service that is second to none. Mark will always be my first stop for any future selling needs. I honestly hope the next house we buy is sold by him, as the deal would have absolutely fallen apart without his intervention. We are incredibly grateful for his commitment and highly recommend him! Thank you Mark.

Absolutely loved working with this company, the team couldn't have been nicer. Always happy to keep you posted with progress. We started the process of buying just before lockdown last March and we were in touch the whole time. Connor was amazing with everything. Very professional, service was 1st class. Can't fault them. Would recommend to everyone and actually have told a few people to contact this company

Provides a Polite, Effective & Competitive service. House was only on the market approximately 3 weeks to the Sale agreed point. Completion of sale very shortly. Very happy with all the members of the team that work there and made the experience of selling a house for the first time a relatively easy process. Would recommend to all future house sellers to try Pollock Residential before all others.

A friendly, efficient, amenable company. Took time out to properly explain, showcase and communicate with us as potential customers. Even though we didn't end up purchasing with Pollock we would happily use their services in the future. They are outstripping other agencies with their excellent service

Fantastic Service from a brillant and efficient team. From the inital contact to the home visit and advertising of the property I cannot fault them at all. Would 100% recommend going with McAfees Coleraine if you are looking to sell a property. Mark, Trudie and Stephanie could not have been more helpful. Thank you.
