GoogleVictor and Tracy were fantastic in helping with the sale of my house in Coleraine. When problems arose, as they inevitably did, they helped and advised every step of the way, and were always on hand to liaise with buyers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and maybe most importantly, they provided a reassuring and calming voice throughout the whole stressful process. A big thank you to both of them!

GoogleMy wife and I would like to thank Victor and Tracey for all their tireless effort on what was a long drawn out process of selling our house which was complicated by the number of properties involved in the chain. They went the extra mile to help conclude the process for which we are grateful.

GoogleA 5 star rating for a 5 star estate agent. Victor Dallas is a very personable, instantly likeable gentleman. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge which proved invaluable as we negotiated a, somewhat, problematic house sale. At this point I must mention Lindsay..... She was fantastic throughout and really made the whole process easier by keeping me constantly informed and always seemed happy to hear from me, even if it was the 11th phonecall, to her, that day. I'm really thankful I chose Dallas Real Estate and can't recommend them highly enough.
