GoogleMegan and Sam and team handled my application brilliantly then 2 days before I moved in they cancelled and withdrew my application so I could not move in. They're reasons were unfair and invalid . Because they refused to work with me on confirming a bank transfer when I was doing it and made up some nonsense about I wasn't prepared to transfer funds. They also stated I could never rent with them in the future like I'm a criminal or something. Very strange and odd consonant. What happened was crazy to do when I had packed up, moved my belongings and had children to move with. Avoid at all costs. They even re advertised my home I had a holding deposit on which is illegal. I'm going to the Property Ombudsman about this team/company on how they handled my application at the last minute.

GoogleWe would not recommend Leaf Living due to our experience during checkout.
Leaf Living attempted to charge us £1,200 for cleaning and decoration, claiming the property was left in a state beyond normal wear and tear. However, this assessment was grossly exaggerated. As international movers, we were limited in the cleaning tools available during our departure, but the house was left in a reasonable condition. The complaints included minor limescale, which we regularly maintained with citric acid (as often as weekly), even though the tenancy agreement only recommends descaling every six months.
Additional charges were made for marks in the carpet caused by furniture, which should be considered standard wear and tear. The walls were painted with low-grade spray paint that peeled easily from light contact, a defect of poor materials, not misuse. The banister paint was already flaking within weeks of moving in, yet this was still held against us.
One of the more frustrating aspects was the condition of the garden. It was poorly landscaped from the start, with no proper levelling. The ground was constantly waterlogged, full of mushrooms, and deemed unsuitable for a shed by professional surveyors we paid for. We were promised a site visit from Leaf Living’s own landscaping team, which never took place, despite repeated follow-ups, and their own surveyor which they promised at the close of our tenancy never came before we left as agreed.
Overall, our experience with Leaf Living was a lack of fairness, poor construction quality, and unreasonable post-tenancy deductions. They were quick to cut corners in building and maintaining the home but refused to show understanding when it came to reasonable wear and tear from a clean and careful tenancy.

FacebookAbsolutely horrific customer service. SLAs they hide behind to fix your issues is utter garbage. Everything looks nice but falls apart. If you want to bang your head against a brick wall or spend money on therapy you once never needed, then sign up to Leaf Living. You’re just a phone call away from regret. Until things improve I would say avoid at all costs.

FacebookAbsolutely awful landlords, money grabbing and treat tenants awfully. Would not recommend, never fix issues, left us with blocked drains over Christmas and recently no hot water. Companies house shows a string of directors that have resigned and most registered offshore…. Refused to extend our contract month by month even though it was an option, then blind sided us with legal jargon and ended up issuing us a section 21 which would make us homeless…not nice people at all!
