Julie has been an exceptional Property Manager for a block of flats I am involved with, consistently going the extra mile for both us as owners and for the tenants. She supports us with all aspects of the administrative side of the property management, often going the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. She is proactive, approachable, and incredibly reliable, always keeping us informed and dealing with issues quickly and professionally. Tenants have also spoken highly of her, which reflects the care and dedication she puts into her role. We genuinely appreciate the effort she puts in and would highly recommend Julie to anyone looking for a Property Manager who truly goes above and beyond.

I can honestly not thank Julie enough. She has been even more than an Estate Agent to us! She has always been at the other end of the phone throughout the stressful time of buying and selling, putting my mind at ease and taking time to explain things to me very well - in a way I actually understand! If it wasn't for Julie I don't think our sale & purchase would have gone through due to other reasons along the line but Julie was going above and beyond to make this happen. When any friends or family are looking to sell their home, I would do nothing more than recommended Julie for this. Even now, after the completion Julie is still happy to help with various queries - like I said, above & beyond! Thanks again Julie, we are so happy waking up in our new home this morning, thanks to you and your hard work! I am so so glad we asked you to do this for us and (if) we move again in the future, I will 100% be asking for your help again!

I can honestly say that I have never experienced a better estate agent than Julie. After years of dealing with big estate agents, Julie is honestly a breathe of fresh air. Our move to was so easy and smooth and Julie was there every step of the way with compassion, understanding and patience. Julie was absolutely brilliant in helping us move into our rental. We have never experienced a letting agent who genuinely cared about us as tenants, it was so refreshing and non-stressful. Her communication was excellent, we were updated with everything and always kept in the loop, and she was always available to take our calls and answer our questions. Julie also went above and beyond to also help facilitate our dog being accepted - we are so grateful! We have recommended Julie to all our family and friends, thank you again Julie!

Julie always goes above and beyond with her help and advice, and in addition to this, her 5 star marketing of my property meant that I secured new tenants within hours of it being advertised. Was section 21’d a month before new rules can in and told the landlord was selling up due to illness. Complete lie, new tenants moved in shortly after for a higher rent. Legal, but immorral.
